What’s Covered
We guarantee your MagneCHEF product will be free from defects in materials or craftsmanship for 5 full years from the date of purchase.
- Manufacturing defects
- Material failure from normal use
- Magnet issues or detachment
- Melting, tearing, or damage under proper heat conditions and time (up to 932°F for Freedom Gloves & 500°F for the MagneCHEF Gloves).
- Gloves are fire resistant, not fire-proof. Just like firefighter gear, they will keep you safe while you work with the heat, but are never 100% incombustible.
If it fails under normal grilling conditions, we’ll make it right.
What’s Not Covered
To keep things fair and simple, this guarantee does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or direct flame exposure
- Lost or stolen items
- Intentional damage or alterations
- Cosmetic wear like oil stains, scuffs, or discoloration
