MagneCHEF Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your MagneCHEF products quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Standard shipping rates apply – Unites States Postal Service: standard shipping (U.S.) 3-7 business days, $6.99, or Free on orders over $39.95

 

2. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

• Please first check the tracking info.
• Then contact us at infomc@magnechef.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

3.  Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.         For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.   4. Refund Processing        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:         Notify you via email         Process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days         5  Shipping Locations We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and many international locations. Some international destinations may incur additional customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
