MagneCHEF Shipping Policy

We’re committed to delivering your MagneCHEF products quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Standard shipping rates apply – Unites States Postal Service: standard shipping (U.S.) 3-7 business days, $6.99, or Free on orders over $39.95

 

2. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time:

  • Please first check the tracking info.
  • Then contact us at infomc@magnechef.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

3.  Return Shipping

  •        If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  •         For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

4. Refund Processing

  •        Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
  •         Notify you via email
  •         Process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and many international locations.
  • Some international destinations may incur additional customs duties or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
