The Excalibur 9" Griddle Scraper is meticulously crafted in the heart of Ohio in the small town of Dundee.  Utilizing state of the art laser cutting technology we cut out thick 604SS blanks that are then hand ground and formed prior to having beautifully machined and hand sanded exotic wood handles applied using stainless steel binding bolts.  

The Excalibur 9" Griddle Scraper is perfect for cleaning up the griddle cooking surface.    With other griddle scrapers on the market you get cheap thin gauge steel.  With the Excalibur 9" Griddle Scraper you get thick 14gauge American Stainless steel that will make cleaning the cook surface a breeze.  With a total of 9" in length you can keep your hands away from the heat and grease
